- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase.
- Free Shipping for all orders over $150
- All local orders are shipped via Australia Post.
- Tracking details will be emailed upon dispatch.
- Orders will be received within 2-5 business days from dispatch.
WARRANTY
Our frames are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturer and part faults only. All items deemed faulty under our warranty terms will be repaired or replaced. Every one of our frames is quality controlled and hand checked before being dispatch to you.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
- Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt.
- Returns outside of time frame may be accepted at the discretion of Retrosuperfuture Australia.
- Merchandise must not be worn or damaged.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.
- Items that are deemed damaged will not qualify for a refund/exchange.
- You will be required to cover all postage costs to return an item. Retrosuperfuture Australia is not responsible for any damage occurred to the item during return postage and it is advisable to ensure adequate packing is used.
- Sale/Discontinued items cannot be returned for refund or exchanged.
